RETURN POLICY
The following return policy holds true for products ordered online/offline at the Rushabh Jewels only, for customers shopping from within India. We do not accept returns or exchange requests for items exported outside India. International Customers, please place your orders from the website.
Rushabh Jewels strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewellery without seeing & feeling it, hence in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide a convenient return policy.
- In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from Rushabh Jewels is not received in good condition or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered please call us immediately at the time of delivery.
- The customer may return the merchandise unused within 48 hours of delivery of the product by paying Rs. 500/gram as cancellation charges, and the product should be in the same condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, certificates (if any) subject to the final confirmation. Once confirmed, the return will be accepted, and proceed further. If the delivered product is not as per the ordered product, the product can be returned without any cancellation charges.
- You may email us at rushabhjewelsbali@gmail.com and request a return within 2 working days from delivery of the product to your shipping address. On accepting the return of the product, the prices will be applicable as of that day (return request acceptance day) and the Recharges. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through our logistics partner, and returned to us. Please note we shall not entertain any request for return or exchange after 2 working days from delivery of the product. If the exchange or return is placed after 2 working days then kindly refer to Exchange Policy. Any returns through courier must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is shipped along with the products.
- Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at rushabhjewelsbali@gmail.com or call us at +91-8160118179 (10:00 am to 6:00 pm India Time - GMT + 05.30 hrs ), mentioning your order number.
- For hygiene and other reasons, we shall be unable to accept returns of any altered or used products. If the tags from the product have been removed, we shall be unable to accept returns.
- In the event that you return any item which is delivered to you in a tampered package & you inform us at the time of delivery, there will be no additional shipping charges. In all other cases, a two-way shipping charge is deducted from the refundable amount. Bank payment charges & shipping costs, if applicable, may also be deducted from the refundable amount.
- If you request a return, at the time of collecting the merchandise, our courier partners shall give you a courier bill, which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference, before handing over the returned merchandise and the original sales invoice to the courier. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier, after processing your return request, if it is deemed necessary.
- After the merchandise is received by Rushabh Jewels, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products, we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the product/s.
- Payment will be refunded to the customer through the original payment mode through which the payment was made. For e.g.: if the customer has ordered through a credit card, the cancellation amount will be credited back to the same account. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
- We shall not allow any exchange of jewellery products due to the differential that exists between the price at the time of your order & a later time, as no two similar jewellery products may be of exactly the same price.
- Jewellery being precious in nature can only be returned through our authorized logistics partners. We require the original certificates (if any), packaging material & any other material sent with the product.
- We do not accept returns of customized products, customized jewellery orders, products with personal engravings, or products with any alteration requested or done by the customer.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Rushabh Jewels reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, etc. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case of any full or partial cancellation or rejection of an order by Rushabh Jewels, the full or partial payment, as the case may be, will be refunded to the customer through the same mode as the original payment was made by the customer. If the original payment mode was in cash, the customer needs to submit the bank account number for the exchange amount.

We do not accept returns for jewellery shipped outside India.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of the order from www.rushabhjewel.com is very safe, secure and hassle-free. All our products are insured during transit very safely.
Every package of the product (Jewellery / Gold Coin) purchased from www.rushabhjewel.com will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are SEQUEL LOGISTICS & BLUE DART. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the delivery address.
The customer is advised to make a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes.
Rushabh Jewellers will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from www.rushabhjewel.com containing your tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be applicable as per the product description and the delivery address.
Delivery to Identified Person
Customer needs to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Drivers License
- Voters ID
Rushabh Jewellers makes sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.
Delivery Location:
Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on the street, etc.
Change in Shipping Address:
If the customer wants to change their shipping address, they should send an email to rushabhjewelsbali@gmail.com Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in the non-delivery of the product.
